Website data
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not include tracking pixels. It only stores a local preference when you dismiss the cookie notice. See the Cookie policy. Standard server security logs may temporarily process technical data such as IP address, request time, browser and requested URL.
Data stored by REMO TV
The app stores paired devices, local aliases, preferences, cached capabilities, the last selected device and purchase entitlement on your device. Pairing tokens and sensitive credentials are stored using protected storage provided by Android or iOS. REMO TV does not require an account.
Local network and permissions
To find and control compatible devices, REMO TV may use local-network device names, models, identifiers, local IP addresses and protocol metadata. This information is used for direct communication between your phone and the selected device. The app may request local-network, nearby-device, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth permissions only when required for a supported integration.
Streaming services
REMO TV does not ask for or store passwords for Movistar Plus+, Orange TV, Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+ or HBO Max. Authentication remains inside each provider’s application or device. REMO TV is not designed to record what you watch, your searches or text entered with the remote keyboard.
Advertising and consent
The free version may show an adaptive banner through Google AdMob. Before requesting ads, the app will present consent choices required in your region. Google and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, technical information, ad interaction data and diagnostics under their own policies. REMO TV does not send pairing tokens, remote-keyboard text or viewing history to AdMob. See Google’s privacy policy.
Purchases
The one-time Remove ads purchase is processed by Google Play or the App Store. The store supplies purchase status so the entitlement can be restored. REMO TV does not process card information.
Diagnostics and retention
The app may use privacy-conscious analytics and crash reporting to measure connection success, compatibility and technical failures. It must not include passwords, tokens, full local IP addresses, keyboard input or watched content. Local data remains until you remove a device, reset the app or uninstall it.
Your choices and changes
You can withdraw device permissions in system settings, remove saved devices in REMO TV and revisit advertising privacy options where available. To ask a question or exercise applicable privacy rights, email us. Material changes will update the date shown on this page.
